Serenity Transfer
At Prismatico (Canada), I collaborated with Serenity Transfer Service Ltd. I designed and developed a mobile app (React Native) and a full-featured CRM system used by staff 24/7. My work involved dynamic forms for processing reports, requests, and other critical tasks. Later, I took on the role of team lead, managing the web development team and guiding the project toward production. The main technologies I used while developing the platform were Svelte, React Native, and Expo — all of which I initially had no prior experience with. However, I quickly learned them and was able to work confidently at a production level within just 1 month.

Development Process Overview
We began by developing the mobile application using React Native with Expo, focusing on performance and cross-platform compatibility. To ensure efficient data handling, we applied database engineering methods to design an optimized and scalable data model. As database we used Supabase
Next, we built an intuitive admin panel to manage core data structures such as users, administrators, and transportation units. This allowed the team to easily oversee system operations and maintain data consistency
